Holiday House Lea is located on the outskirts, in a peaceful and quiet part of ล ikiฤi between Pula and Medulin, tucked away from the main road.
By car, you are only 5-10 km from beautiful natural beaches.
Less than 5 km from the apartment is the Pula Arena, the Viลพula archaeological site, the Temple of Augustus and many interesting aerological buildings.
The bus station, the market, everything is within a 4-5 km radius.
The practically furnished 42m2 apartment house for 4 people is functionally furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and living room with air conditioning, with two bedrooms with double beds (one bed is 1.60 cm, the other 1.40 cm), a bathroom and a large covered terrace. The property is fenced, and there is also a large parking space in the yard.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove without oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric toaster, necessary dishes and kitchen towels.
The kitchen is air conditioned.
Part of the living room: flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The bathroom has a shower, with free shampoo, toilet paper, towels and a hairdryer.
Minimum stay: 7 nights in July and August, and in the rest of the period the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Children aged 4 and over are welcome.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but allowed on the terrace.
Pets: Dogs only female, โฌ10/day.
I live in a separate townhouse with a separate entrance and a small cat lives with me.
The price includes: WiFi, parking, barbecue, bed linen, towels, taxes.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival. This fee will be charged in cash. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded in cash after an inspection of the accommodation.

Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in.
